This site is intentionally boring about your data: it collects nothing unless you write to us, and what you write is used only to reply. The details, in plain language, are below.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is "WZ COMMERCE" LTD. For anything related to your data, write to mail@wzco.net.
What we collect, and why
The only personal data this site processes is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, optionally a company name, and your message.
We use it for exactly one purpose: to read your inquiry and respond to it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages that people send us, and — where your inquiry leads to work — taking steps before entering into a contract.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and includes no third-party trackers or embedded scripts. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
If we ever add privacy-friendly analytics, this notice will be updated first.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any follow-up, after which they are deleted. Messages that lead to a business relationship are kept as part of that correspondence.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us: what data we hold about you (access), to correct it (rectification), to delete it (erasure), to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email mail@wzco.net — a short note is enough. We respond within one month. If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
